Washington Post Cover Story on The Vicktory Dogs

This story was presented on the COVER page of the September 22, 2019 edition of the Washington Post.

“Twelve years ago, 46 dogs were rescued from Michael Vick’s dogfighting operation and allowed to live. They’ve enriched the lives of countless humans and altered the course of animal welfare.”

I am forever grateful to Emily Giambalvo and the good folks at the Post for keeping our dog’s legacy alive, a dozen years later. This is the most comprehensive coverage of our dogs since The Lost Dogs book by Jim Gorant.
